SECURITY AND PRIVACY

When the key is complete, the information is encrypted and cannot be accessed by anyone else. ENVIRONMENTAL HANDLING FEE

  • Environmental Handling Fee ( EHF ) will apply on Computer, Monitor and Printer. All our prices listed on computer, monitor and printer are EHF included.

WARRANTY

  • Products carried by ATOP Online are brand NEW merchandise.

  • ATOP Online warrants all products for the duration of the Manufacturer's Warranty. This period varies according to product and is usually between 1 to 3 years. Some companies require that warranty work be performed directly through their offices or subsidiaries. In these cases, we will help you contact the appropriate manufacturer.

  • The "Retail" version of a product is what you would expect to see on a store's shelf. It is intended for an end-user, and is usually packaged in a fancy box along with a user's manual and sometimes "extras" such as a software bundle. ATOP Online warrants 7 to 30 days limited warranty from the original invoice date, anytime thereafter, the Manufacturer's Warranty between 1 to 3 years takes effect.

  • The "OEM" versions of a product have some variations from the retail version, but usually at a much better price. OEM products do not come in fancy packaging. They may come in a plain White Box or Brown Box, or simply in anti-static wrap or plastic. OEM products may come with an abridged or no user's manual. If you need more information, you can usually get what you need from the manufacturer's website. ATOP Online warrants 1 year limited warranty from the original invoice date.

  • ATOP Online is not responsible for any conflicts with existing hardware or wrong configuration by the purchaser. We can only repair or replace defective products within stated warranty periods. The majority of all products are serviced by the manufacturer.

  • SYSTEM WARRANTY

    1-Year Basic Warranty for Core System:
    • We will assemble and test the core system for best performance settings.
    • We will install OS such as Windows XP, which is purchased from ATOP Online, for free at first time.
    • We will repair or replace defective products within one year for free.

    1-Year Deluxe Warranty for Core System:
    • You don't need to spend one penny within one year for the core system.
    • We will assemble and test the core system for best performance settings.
    • We will install OS such as Windows XP, which is purchased from ATOP Online, for free.
    • We will install hardware purchased from ATOP Online only into the core system within one year for free.
    • We will repair or replace defective products within one year for free.
      Note: we may replace equivalent or better products within warranty periods.
    • We will repair most software problem by re-formatting hard drive & re-installing OS within one year for free.
    • Note: we do not carry warranty for any lost data during repair process.
    • Note: we do not pay return freight for fixing software related problems.

    2-Year Deluxe Warranty for Core System:
    • You don't need to spend one penny within two years for the core system.
    • We will assemble and test the core system for best performance settings.
    • We will install OS such as Windows XP, which is purchased from ATOP Online, for free.
    • We will install hardware purchased from ATOP Online only into the core system within two years for free.
    • We will repair or replace defective products within two years for free.

ORDERING

  • Visa/Master card accepted without surcharge.

  • Customers choosing to pickup their orders do not need to fill in the Credit Card information during checkout. For some items, we may ask for a deposit before we will get the item in.

  • For customers choosing to have their orders shipped, all credit cards will be verified. Should credit card be declined, so will be the order.

  • You will receive a response email in a short period after we receive your order.

  • Your credit card will be billed only at the time the item(s) are shipped.

  • You will receive the tracking number by email when the item(s) have shipped.

  • Total delivery time = Order processing time + Shipping time.

  • Order processing time includes credit verification and time to pick and pack your order. If the merchandise is in stock, your order should leave our warehouse within 2 business days.

  • Custom built systems require 2 business days assembling and testing time before shipping out or picking up.

  • Processing time will be longer if shipping address is different from billing address.

  • Price protection will not be granted for all items.

  • Customer is responsible for all freight charges on refused shipments.

  • Orders must be cancelled before they ship. After this time, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

  • US shipments may be delayed in customs.

  • US customers are responsible for any tariffs or fees imposed by the US Government.

  • The Customer is responsible for all freight charges on refused shipments.

  • Orders must be cancelled before they ship. After this time, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • We are unable to ship outside of the US or Canada.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

  • Based on Manufacturer's return policies, we may allow the return of certain products for credit for any reason under certain terms and conditions. There is a restocking fee 25% up to 50% for all accepted return items.

  • All CPU/memory sales are final. CPUs/memory arriving DOA (Dead On Arrival) can only be returned for replacement and must be received within 7 days from the original invoice date.

  • All other merchandise returns will be accepted, but must be received within 15 days of the original invoice date for credit.

  • No returns on any software, media or some retail items which have been opened.

  • All returns must be in resalable condition and include all original documentation, packaging, and accessories as well as a copy of the original invoice. All returns for credit will be assessed a minimum 25% restocking fee.

  • Credit for returned merchandise will be based on the current selling price if price drop.

  • Return merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Any returns shipped freight due or without a valid RMA # will be refused.

  • RMA # must be clearly marked outside the shipping package.

  • Defective products returned for repair after our service periods are better sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. (We do not pay return freight after our service periods)

  • We do not do cross-ship. We must receive the defective product before shipping the replacement.

  • Merchandise returned for repair found to be non-defective or which have been subjected to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair or improper installation will be returned to the customer. A service charge of $30 as well as any applicable return shipping charges will be due upon receipt.

  • Out of warranty repair will be $50/hour labor plus parts cost and return freight.

  • Please send us a  RMA and wait for reception of an RMA number before returning any product. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days.
