Following ATOP’s achievement of the IEC 62443-4-1 ML2 certification for its secure product development lifecycle, we are proud to announce that the EHG9711 Industrial Ethernet Switch has successfully obtained IEC 62443-4-2 SL2 certification.
This internationally recognized certification validates that the EHG9711 has been developed, tested, and verified in full compliance with the IEC 62443-4 series standards, ensuring a secure-by-design approach across product development, implementation, and maintenance.
The IEC 62443-4-2 standard defines stringent technical security requirements for industrial automation and control system (IACS) components. Achieving this certification demonstrates ATOP’s strong commitment to providing robust, resilient, and trustworthy network solutions that help customers safeguard their critical infrastructures against evolving cybersecurity threats.
This milestone also reinforces ATOP’s end-to-end cybersecurity strategy, integrating secure design principles not only at the product level but throughout the entire engineering process. Moving forward, ATOP will continue to expand its portfolio of certified secure products and align with emerging global cybersecurity regulations such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and other industry frameworks—empowering customers to build and operate their industrial networks with confidence, reliability, and peace of mind in an increasingly connected world.
