To ensure the integrity and security of ATOP products, ATOP will not disclose any information regarding product cybersecurity vulnerabilities or related details prior to the resolution of the vulnerabilities or the availability of appropriate remediation measures. Product cybersecurity issues will only be announced on the official ATOP website once a fixed version is available or a mitigation strategy has been established.
How to Report Vulnerabilities & Cybersecurity Policy
As industrial networking and IIoT technologies continue to advance, cybersecurity stands at the core of ATOP’s product development and lifecycle management. We are committed to protecting our customers by proactively addressing potential security vulnerabilities through a structured and transparent approach.
ATOP has established a dedicated Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) to assess, respond to, and communicate any reported product vulnerabilities. This team ensures timely investigation, coordinated response, and clear guidance for mitigation when needed.
To support this effort, we maintain a Product Cybersecurity Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, which outlines our procedures for managing security issues and provides customers and partners with a clear, consistent path to report and track vulnerabilities.
We believe that collaborative security is essential. If you identify a potential vulnerability or have any cybersecurity-related inquiries, please contact our PSIRT team at PSIRT@atop.com.tw, or submit a report through our Report Vulnerability Form.
